RTAW attendees are responsible for their own transportation and hotel arrangements. A block of hotel rooms at each location has been reserved for attendees at the government rate. To reserve a room, attendees should contact the hotel and ask for a room from the Neighborhood Networks room block. Both hotels have accommodations for people with accessibility needs.

Reservations
Participants should contact the Fairmont Dallas Hotel directly at (800) 441–1414 or (214) 720–5290 to make sleeping room reservations. Ask for the “RTAW09” room block to receive the special rate of $115 (plus 15% tax per room night) for a single or double occupancy room. For triple occupancy, there is an additional $30 per room, per night cost. This rate is available from April 26 – May 2, 2009, based on availability. There are a limited number of rooms at this rate, so please make your reservations early. Saturday, April 18, 2009, is the last day to receive the special rate. When making your reservations, please make the hotel aware of any accessibility needs you may have.
Cancellation Policy: The Fairmont Dallas Hotel requires a deposit in the amount of one night’s stay, plus tax. The guest’s credit card will be charged at the time of reservation. Cancellations must be made 24 days prior to check-in date or the deposit will not be refunded.

Directions
From Dallas Fort Worth Airport (DFW): Take the north or south exit from the airport and follow the signs to Dallas. The north exit is Hwy 114 to I-35E south. The south exit is 183 to I-35E south. Exit to 75/Sherman. The first exit is Field/Griffin exit, merge onto Griffin. Continue straight to the first light, which is Ross and turn left. Go 2 blocks to Akard and turn left. The hotel is on the left.
From Dallas Love Field (DAL): When leaving the airport, take a left on Mockingbird Lane. Stay right to go south on Dallas Tollway. Stay left and take Downtown Hines Boulevard. Stay in the lane that is third from right and continue on North Akard Street. Cross Munger Street. The hotel is on the right.
From Dallas Union Station: Head south on S. Houston Street. Turn left at Young Street. Turn left at South Griffin Boulevard. Turn right at Munger Avenue. Turn right at North Akard Street. The hotel is on the right.

Cancellation Policy: When reserving a room ahead of time with a debit or credit card, no funds will be held. Cancellations must be made by 12 noon EDT on the day of arrival otherwise the guest will be charged a cancellation fee of one night, plus tax.
