Dallas RTAW
May 1, 2009 -- 2 p.m. -- 5 p.m.

Philadelphia RTAW
July 17, 2009 -- 2 p.m. -- 5 p.m.

The 2009 RTAWs would not be complete without a field trip to a local Neighborhood Networks center. Extremely popular with past RTAW participants, these site visits provide participants with an up-close look at how a fellow Neighborhood Networks center is implementing programs and services that are helping residents achieve self-sufficiency and gain greater access to technology. During these educational excursions, host site staff members also share with participants the creative solutions they devised to overcome challenges that may prevent them from being a community asset.

The perfect complement to the classroom learning that is provided during the various RTAW sessions, the closing day site visits are a free flow of ideas and best practices, and remind that their fellow Neighborhood Networks peers provide a unique viewpoint, offer insightful input, and serve as a source of support and resources.
